WARRANTIES & RETURNS
MAVRICK & MERE handbags are made of quality leather, constructed to last a very long time. In the unexpected event that you discover a defect with the craftsmanship within 90 days of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your handbag and also cover the postage to ship it back to you!
In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your handbag you will be able to return for a refund or exchange within 10 days for New Zealand purchases and within 14 days for international purchases. Handbags returned out of these time frames will not be accepted.
The handbag must be returned in brand new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging. Handbags returned not in brand new, unworn condition with tags and original packaging will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs for items are at the purchaser’s expense and are not covered by MAVRICK & MERE Ltd, unless in the case of an item being faulty or incorrectly supplied. Returned items are the purchaser's responsibility until they reach MAVRICK & MERE Ltd, for security reasons we recommend that you use a track and trace courier. MAVRICK & MERE will not take any responsibility for any item(s) lost in transit.
Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to complete, but we will try our hardest to have your handbag back to you as quickly as we can.
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Store credits are valid for 6 months.
All returns are at the discretion of MAVRICK & MERE.
